She is extremely detail orientated and doesn't try to push you into a home. She has been extremely helpful in our relocation. She even provided guidance on the home we sold out of the area even though she wasn't the listing agent. Gia is by far the most responsive agent I have ever come across either in residential or commercial. I am sure there are some good agents in Cranberry Township area but I can't imagine there are many better than Gia.

"Gia is very knowledgeable about the housing market in our area. She was able to get us top dollar for our home, after a bidding war. Our neighbors will benefit from raising their house values too. Following Gia’s advice on pricing and along the entire process did not once let us down. We had bids the first weekend and closed within a month. Highly recommend!"

"When looking for our next home, my husband and I did not know all of the ins and outs of the process. One of the qualities that we most appreciated about Gia is that she coached us. By this I mean that she took her understanding of our desires and goals and was able to suggest the next appropriate steps, instead of waiting for us to initiate a conversation. Because she did this so well, we had better timing throughout the process and with our negotiations. She took the lead as our advocate with houses that we were interested in and was honest with us with her opinions and with how things work. Another strength of Gia's is her knowledge of communities to the north of Pittsburgh, but also the entire Pittsburgh region. While we thought we were going to buy a home in Butler County, the market in Washington County was a better fit for us. Lastly, Gia makes herself available. It is stressful when looking for homes, and I often felt a sense of urgency. Gia understands that urgency, and she provided answers and information quickly. We did not wait to find out essential information - Gia provided it immediately. We appreciated that. Likewise, Gia made herself available for viewing apts. We never had to wait to see a home that hit the market. For these reasons, we strongly recommend working with Gia Albanowski. She is very, very good at her job and is a true professional."

"Amy, Gia, and Pierre made selling our home a breeze! We were a young couple selling our first home and we went into this process knowing absolutely nothing. We met with multiple agents from different agencies when searching for the right realtor, and it was clear from our first initial meeting with them that they had the skills, expertise, and passion needed to get our home sold within our tight timeframe. They provided a detailed booklet, narrating every quality our home had to offer, along with beautiful professional photos. Not only do they provide exceptional real estate services, but they also care about each and every client that they have as if they're family. They provide so many additional services - at no extra cost - which really makes it clear that they take care of you from start to finish - and beyond. They were attentive, accommodating, and always easy to get a hold of. They even went the extra mile and allowed me to work in their office (with my cat, I should add) for a few hours while our home was being inspected. When an offer was submitted on our home, our agent was away on vacation, and Gia did an awesome job of stepping in to ensure there were no delays until our agent returned. On top of all of these great qualities, we found ourselves dealing with a very unreasonable buyer in a tough market for selling at the time, and Amy and Gia made sure they did everything they could to shield us and ensure the experience was as stress free as possible. They provided all of the guidance and support we needed throughout the negotiation process, answering all of our questions and educating us along the way. We knew we could go to them for advice to ensure we were being reasonable, but aggressive enough to secure us the best deal possible - and that's exactly what they did! They always had our best interests in mind and could not have been more professional in all situations that came our way. Up until the last second of closing the sale, Amy spent hours of her afternoon going to bat for us, negotiating at the table so that we could step away to focus on moving into our new home. "My review cannot do justice to how much Pierre and Gia are the REAL DEAL when it comes to to both buying AND selling. It was obvious from the first meeting when we sold our home back in Oct '23. The entire selling process, from the attention to detail with comps, responsiveness, guidance, professionalism and amazing photos...it was no surprise we were able to sell our home so smoothly!When it was time to start looking for a new home to buy in a competitve, low-inventory market, they worked aggressively with us to find a home that met our criteria. Viewing each and every home was once again met with so much attention to detail, and I'm pretty sure Pierre has more knowledge about home maintenance than some contractors! Put simply, it was because of their expertise and experience in a complex market that we were able to find a home. But it didn't stop there! After we found our home is where they went even MORE above and beyond. Pierre and Gia kept us on our toes to make sure we had all of the guidance we needed to make an offer, reasonably negotiate, and work with a closing company. They truly had our best interests in mind the entire time, and there's a clear reason why they're so successful at what they do. "Amy, Gia, and Pierre went the extra mile for us! This was the second time we worked with them to buy a house in Pittsburgh (we also used them to sell our first home). They were so dedicated to find us a house, even in a market with extremely limited inventory and on a tight timeline. Amy actually went door to door in some neighborhoods and sent flyers to find us leads. We eventually found a house that we loved that was under a complicated for-sale-by-owner situation - and the team ROCKED it. They handled every challenge with grace, supported us through all of the ups and downs, educated us on the process, and most importantly buffered us and our family from most of the stress during every step - including a failed dye sewer test. There is no way we would have found a house, much less ended up in this one without their support. 10/10 I would recommended these wonderful humans to ANYONE looking to buy or sell in the area."
